What do Muslims believe about God- Allah?

Allah says in Quran ( Chapter 112 ) : Say (O Muhammad (SAW): "He is Allâh, (the) One and only, the Self-Sufficient Master, Whom all creatures need, "He begets not, nor was He begotten And there is none co-equal or comparable unto Him.

Briefly, Muslims believe that Allah is:

1. the Creator, not created.

2. All-Knowing, All-Seeing and All-Hearing.

3. Most Merciful and Most Compassionate.

4. the Supreme, the Sovereign.

5. the First, the Last, and Everlasting;

6. the Most Forgiving and loves forgiveness to those who repent and regret and ask for forgiveness.

7. All Mighty, All-Powerful and absolutely Just.

8. the Sublime, the Tremendous

9. the Ever Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists. No slumber can seize him nor sleep.

10. the one whom belongeth whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on earth.

11. the giver of life and death and able to do all things.

12. His Thone extends over the heavens and the earth, and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them.

13. Rich (Free of all Needs) and He is Most-Forbearing.

14. He was when nothing was, and will be when nothing else remains.

15. There is Nothing is like Him. He is Unique and has no gender.

16. There is only One true God, He has no partner, no son and no father and none has the right to be worshipped except Allah.
